[SOLVED] USB ports work for a second then stop

I just built a new PC first time and everything Powers up when I turn it on CPU fans GPU fans when I try to plug in a mouse or keyboard it works for a second then turns off not to be back on
My specs
Radeon rx580
Asus prime B450-A
Evga 600 watt psu
Ryzen 1600
16 GB ram
480 GB SSD
