Ok thank you. I leave it and it’s not smoking anymore . I have no idea , it just stopped working and today when it started smoking and the smell is terrible.
 
To cut down the possibility of the usb unit causing anymore damage disconnect it from the mobo and put a piece of electrical tape or something of your own choice over the plug to stop it touching any pins on the board. As most pc have front an back usb boards you can still make up for the loss of one of the usb boards.

Put a bit of tape over the outside of the front panel of the dead usb board to remind yourself and others it cant be used

I’m using a laptop tho how to remove the USB port from the mother board
 
Do u suggest I should buy a better caddy?
Since it burned, I wouldn't take a risk to use that burned caddy again. Just get new caddy.

Or replace the usb the smoke and smell came from the usb tho and it’s the original USB port.
It's unfortunate to happen to your laptop's USB port.
Maybe you can go to authorized service center to confirm if they can do that or no.
