USB power fault no lights no video

Hi there. I am in dire straights at present my son got a USB port wet on top of the PC and screen froze. Then when restarted the USB ports do not work or no lights on the PC at all. No video to monitor neither. Apart from ythat the PC starts fine. Is it possible to blow USB power on all and lights? Any advice very welcome. PC does switch on HDDs spinning up etc but no USB or lights.
Specs are Acer m3201 phenomenon ii x4 925 1.75tb HDD 2gb sapphire 2gb 5500 gfx original Acer mono.5gb ram

I have removed gfx card checked ram etc and all connected.
