[SOLVED] USB power is on after shutdown

Hello,

My USB xbox controller stays on after PC shutdown. Also my keyboard RGB flickers after shutdown after a while How do I turn off USB power after shutdown?
I didn't find a bios setting for this.

Look it up in BIOS, most modern computers have some or all USB ports always on for charging devices. Look for things like ERP or in power saving.
