Hi Team,

How can i connect Power bank ---> USB cable --> LED bulb in case of power failure.

  1. USB cable - Old usb cable
  2. One LED bulb - Eveready Base B22 9-Watt LED Bulb (Cool Day White Light)

Thanks in advance

No, not like that, There's no conversion to 220v here, LED diods themselves work at 3.3 -5v topically so high voltage LED light bulbs have electronic converter to low voltage. Others, working at 12v for instance usually have LED diods in serial connection or just slap a resistor in it.

The link is really helpful to me. Thank you very much.
The product is plug and play tube light.
Can I achieve the same way with "my components" to covert 5volt to 220 volt output discharge by adopting some kind of conversion than plug into power bank.
Thank you very much
