So, I bought these speakers: Trust Vigor 2.0.

They are USB powered - which means 5 volts. Also, the user manual it says that they need 1A - I tried measuring it with a USB doctor like this and it says that when on low volume they are drawing 0.4 amps max, and when on max volume about 0.5 amps max.

What I'd like to do is to make the speakers to be battery powered.

I connected them to my external battery bank (Anker 79AN7917) which has 10000 mAh and output of 2 amps per port (3 amps total).

The problem is that the speakers are wokring for about 45 seconds, and after that the battery bank just turns off.

My best guess is that the speakers are pulling to less current and therefore the bank shuts down.

Any suggestions on my problem would be appreciated :)

Thanks
