Question USB ports stop working after enabling Secure Boot ?

good morning, I need help, I have an ASRock B360 Pro4 motherboard with an Intel Core I5 processor and I need to enable Secure Boot. I do the various procedures as described in the many videos I see on the internet but I have a problem that when I restart my PC the USB ports don't power the mouse or keyboard, they don't turn on and I have to restart the PC and change Secure Boot to "Disabled" again to get the USB ports to work again. How can I solve it?

That bios is very old. From 2018. You should update it to current. F4.30 is out but F4.20 would do. Note though, that once you update it to one of those, you cannot rollback.

The bios update could very well fix the issue.

Okay. Lets try boot it to safe mode and see if the USB devices work.

Okay, then it narrows it down to some software issue. Have you tried re-installing windows?
