USB Problem with gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3

On my motherboard none of the back usb 3 ports work. In device manager Universal serial bus is under "Other Devices". It Also says this device is not using any resources because it has a problem.

Any ideas guys?

VIA USB 3.0 Driver is available from Gigabyte. Rev 4.1 has blue PCB (Printed Circuit Board). Rev.5 has black PCB.
