Question USB Problems

Hello there I have this case https://pcpartpicker.com/product/7VxfrH/apevia-case-xdreamer4gn and one of the front usb ports doesnt like my G29 Racing wheel and I can only plug in the rear which I dont like doing. But also everytime I unplug and replug my wheel in it makes me re map everything in racing games for whatever odd reason. I dont get it.

By one, is it a particular one on the front panel? You have 3 at your disposal, how are they populated? If the issue only crops up with the front panel, then it's possible that the case came with a faulty module. How much did the case set you back?

The case is about 2 years old and its worked fine just recently not able to put a usb in all the way on the fair right side if your looking from the front. Only costs $70 on Amazon if I really wanted a new case but I dont wanna have to move everything over to a new case.
