Usb Riser : Second Gpu Not detecting in Gigabyte Sniper M7

I have windows 10 64 bit . My Motherboard Gigabyte Sniper M7 . 1st Gpu Nvidia 1050Ti working fine. and I want to install second Gpu GTX 560 TI using usb riser. But it is not detecting. tried multiple way still not working.

Try method 1 :
USB riser connect everything including sata power connector. and gpu no power connector. not detecting.

Try method 2 :
USB riser connect everything expect sata power connector. and gpu 8 pin power connector. not detecting.


want to try method 3 . But need advice

If I try the Method 3 . is it any problem ? how I can do right connection.

yes tried. I see card working. But still not display in device manager.
