There is a photography software for creating photo books “DG Foto Art – Gold” by pxlsoft which can only be installed and run after inserting USB security dongle.
Unfortunately it does not work on the new PC purchased specially for the purpose of better handling all the photographic software.
Software creators suggested to disable USB 3.0 in BIOS but this did not help. They did not respond to any further questions so we are left alone with the software that we have to use.
I think that it can be related to 64 bit drivers, but on the other hand the dongle tested on the 64 bit laptop worked fine.
Unfortunately there is no information about dongle manufacturer and I could not anything useful on the web.

1. USB 3.0 ports disabled in BIOS – did not help
2. Tried all USB ports on the PC – nothing happened
