[SOLVED] USB shorted to wall socket, am I screwed?

A USB connected to the front of my tower fell perfectly into my wall socket and now my tower won't turn on. I've verified the the socket still supplies power to my screen.
My question is, should I expect the whole thing to be dead or did it stop at the power supply?

Its a Corsair CX650M, I literally got it weeks ago...

My front USB connection on my tower. It was charging my headset.

Would it have stopped there? Or should I expect to just get a whole new setup?

likely just the motherboard. might be the psu too
