[SOLVED] USB Size changed from 64GB to 32GB and I lost half of the files I had

So, a few years ago I did something to my USB flash drive, which had 64GB. I don't remember what I did exactly, but it's size changed from 64GB to 32GB and half of the files are now gone. I just remembered, that I still have this USB and thought, that maybe someone could find a way to restore those files and the size of the flash drive, without losing any more of the files.

1)backup your file

once you backup the 32GB.
The other files are gone.

delete the 32GB partition. recreate a new partition with all 64GB
