USB sound card issues

Can you please pass on your full systems specs? Are you sure the headsets volume isn't reduced or is in mute(externally)? It looks like you are on an installation of Windows 10 to have experienced no sound coming from your initial sound device. Are you sure all your drivers are up to date for your initial sound card? Although it's designed to be of Plug N' Play nature the device isn't communicating properly with your device. Go into Device Manager and see if any devices are flagged with a yellow exclamation mark.
