USB stick can't be formatted

Hello. I am new here,so please excuse me for any errors.
Yesterday, i bought a USB stick from HAMA Laeta that it is 16 GB.
I plugged in the laptop(Lenovo Ideapad 100-15IBD with Windows 10) and Windows asked me to format the USB stick to be usable. I've got similar popups with new USB sticks, but this USB stick it is impossible to format.So that i formatted it for the first time. And the formatting was good and then , pretty much as 50%, the formatting stopped and showed me a popup windows that says that the USB drive is Write Protected. I have this error when i try to format. So i decided to go and format it from Disk Managment and it shows my USB stick with RAW file system. I've tried with TestDisk, MiniToolPartition Wizzard and i can't format with no one. Diskpart can't even format my USB 🙁

And on all the formus and tryied a lot of softwares.

Can anyone help me pls?

P.S : The USB stick worked fine for about 2 minutes, then it started making this errors

Contact where you bought it from and exchange it for another one.

I think that i can't... on the package that was covering the USB stick it was a sticker with that bar code..... and i removed that....
