usb stick messed up not enough space was reformated

hi, i think i messed up my usb stick by reformatting then canceling or power loss during formatting. i have since been able to format it properly and it reads 29gb and it is a samsung 32gb usb 3.0 bar

however when i go to transfer a 18gb file onto it freshly formatedc it tells me theres not enough space. what can i do to fix this

That's about right size for formatted 32GB drive. For files larger than 4GB it needs to be formatted to NTFS or exFat.
