USB Stick not connected on computer or show on disk management, tried all the slots nothing!!!

My USB memory stick is a Sandisk memory stick it seems to be flashing whenever i put it on any slot however its not showing on my computer or even disk management at all. How can i get it to connect? Please help!!!!

Assign it a drive letter and reformat it. This happens to me all the time.
