USB stick not working

I have win10 on a i7-6700k on an asus maximus 8 hero motherboard. I get the sound but i cant upload any files.
On the laptop it works fine, but on the PC it doesnt. The usb stick is a kingston datatraveler G3 8gb. Please help me.
I can see it in the device manager, and there aren't any error/warning signs.

It was such a headache, but I just needed to restart...

And again, another derp.
But just try to restart the PC and before the BIOS screen, put in the flash drive and go into the BIOS, and from there go to the boot options and see if the flash drive is there. If it is, then good.
