USB stick off the actual casing

My USB was connected to my computer when the lanyard was pulled and took off the memory part of the stick. If you connect back together, it can work, but can easily get pulled off. Is there a way to put them back together, or will I have to get a new one?

lol, if it's a movable USB that goes inside the case it will never move with superglue.

If its between having a non retractable but working flash drive, or buying a new one, i'd go for the working flash drive.

The flash drive works by the top of the case spinning to retract the stick. So maybe glueing it will work. Should I try that? All the things in it are already backed up.

Therr only problem is that I don't know where to glue it. The back has the chip exposed. So maybe the top or something?
