USB Stick went RAW during use, need to recover Word Documents that were there

Hey all, I was using the flash drive and it went RAW during use, I've tried numerous ways of recovering the word documents I have saved on there but nothing I have used has detected it, can someone help me out with it? Screen caps can be provided if needed. Thanks ^_^

Gave it a go, and it claimed that it was unable to determine the file system type, am I using it wrong?

Used that a bunch - great program and free

Word of warning - file recovery can be very time consuming. Expect files to be recovered, be given similar names as part of the recover process. I've gone through thousands of files endlessly opening in word to see what opens to recover a word doc.
