USB stick

Hello,
Could someone please help. I have a Lexar memory stick which contains some work I have been doing. I have inserted it into several computers but the power light does not come on on the stick and it cant be read by the computer.

Sometimes the solder connections at the connector/pcb can be broken. Re-soldering can fix. Look at them under a light/magnifier - hard to tell a bad solder joint sometimes - just touch them up & try.

BTW - usb sticks ARE NOT a good back-up method. Always keep multiple copies (in different locations) of important work
