Question USB storage devices don't appear

My computer is not recognising any USB storage devices. They do not appear in device manager or appear in DISKPART scans. They work in other computers and other USB devices work in the ports, i.e. WIFI dongles. I tried using ImageUSB but still don't appear. Any ideas?

Perhaps Data storage devices are disabled by group policy? Is this a work PC?
If you are only looking in File Manager, have you checked in Disk Management?
