[SOLVED] USB transfer speeds very slow

No matter what port I use or internal drive or external USB drives the transfer rate is slower than 4mbs
I can move files between my internal drives
And the USBs work on other PCs fine
I've updated my bios and all my drivers are up to date.
I've tried Disabling Windows Auto Tuning
and Changing USB Removal Policy

I'm running windows 10 home
ryzen 7 3800x
64GB DDR4 3200MHz
2 WD Blue 2tb
and a Kingston 240gb nvme

Many USB sticks have very poor performance when it comes to copying many small files. However if you copy one large files, the process would go way faster.
