USB trouble overclocking PIII 1.13ghz duals

I am overclocking twin PIII Tualatins 1.13ghz w/ 512k in a IWILL DVD266u-RN. I can get 136 FSB but every attempt to go a step higher to 137 drops out my USB devices. They either do not function or become listed as unknown devices. I have tried several different voltage settings starting with 1.45v. Any ideas?

Those Iwill boards are not known for their stability, even at stock speeds. MSI makes the only good dual Tualatin overclocking board.
