Question USB trouble

Anytime i plug any usb into my pc ut says it has no drivers and when i try and install the drivers, It says it cant.

Yes it said one of the installers cannot perform the installation at this time, every time

It all started when i got a racing wheel and it said the drivers werent installed

Motherboard:asus prime b450 plus
Ram:corsair vengance 16gb dual channel
Ssd:random 500gb kingston one
Gpu:msi geforce rtx 2060 oc 6gb
Psu:cooler master 650w mwe white
Racing wheel:xr racing racinging wheel v3
Os:windows 10 home version 21H1
Nothis happens with all the other usb ports, devices such as keyboards mice and mics work but that is because they dont require drivers
