Hi my matherbord is asus h110m-a
And I have this problem my headphones and my mouse stay on after shut down pls help me

most likely the Chipset driver needs to be reinstalled from your motherboards support site.

There is nothing wrong with your chipset driver (or indeed any driver).

USB ports staying "live" after PC shutdown is perfectly normal - - it's a deliberate design feature so you can power or charge devices like a mobile phone without having turn on your PC.

It can usually be disabled in the BIOS settings - - - or a simpler method is just turn off the PSU with the rocker switch at the back after shutdown if it really bothers you.
