Usb virus toshiba

Hello, I have a toshiba satellite A500. I got a virus from a usb and now everything I put in the usb corropts, ie MP3, flash drive etc. Can you tell me how to fix this

I would consider Scanning your Toshiba for virus and spyware. Use Malware Bytes and a free anti virus such as AVG.

Back up working documents from the stick (after they have been scanned) Format the stick and copy back over.
