[SOLVED] USB WiFi adapter underperforming

I bought PG-717 USB 2.0 wifi adapter and the download speed is around 0.5 Mbps.
Before that I was using my laptop to bridge connections and the download speed was around 15 Mbps.
Adapter is connected to 2.0 port and the transmit power is 17 dBm. (I think it's enough).
It has a driver CD (it says realtek 8192CE and 8188eu) but I installed it from web.

Try a usb 3.0 port if you have any. Maybe it needs abit more power than you think.
Try the drivers from the cd.

It's compatible with USB 2.0 and it needs 500mA and those are not problems.
But maybe I should try installing drivers from CD.

Hope that the drivers will fix it. Can't find much about that adapter. Maybe like some TP-Link they need a specific driver set.
