USB wireless adapter not working in Windows 8.1

That is a very old adapter, there is no way that TP-Link will do any more drivers for it. I would suggest that you try to install the latest drivers that you can find in compatibility mode. If that fails, spend $10 or so and get a new adapter.

But my driver is 2013 version..

The latest driver for that was from 2011 at least from TP-LINK support http://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/?model=TL-WN321G&version=V5#tbl_a

Is this actually installed properly and just does not connect to the wifi signal? What exactly do you mean by it not working?

There is none that new, moreover there are 5 different hardware versions and you *must* use the correct version from HERE for your specific card, so check your card carefully to determine the version.

I installed the driver via DriverAgent. So it detected and installed automatically. So now i'm installing THIS. And after installed.... It can't load the device, i think it is getting worst..

So get the V4 driver from HERE and try installing it in compatibility mode, right click on the driver package once downloaded, select properties, compatibility tab and select Windows 7.

Great... Now it is show "TPLINK wireless adapter" in device manager, so now i installed a corrected driver..

Those automatic driver sites are not the most reliable ways to get drivers. As you can see from the vendor, there is no driver for Windows 8 for any version of that device. "WinXP/Vista/7". You are probably better off looking for another USB WiFi stick with Win 8 support.
