hi,
I have a tp link TL-WN723N wireless adapter (version 2) and few days ago it starts to only showing 4 of strength signal on most of times and before i had always full strength . I already tried to restart the router and reinstall drivers(really don´t needed to install drivers since it´s plug
& play but I installed btw to try solving the problem) and it´s the same 🙁 , what can be the problem ?

do you live in a populated area?

One of your neighbors probably got a new wifi device and is now on the same or close Wi-Fi channel

You can download Wifi analyzers to see how many AP are around you and what channel they are on - just move to a free/less cluttered channel (this is done on through your Wi-Fi router not the USB dongle)

how I can move to a free/less cluttered channel ?

you need to log into your router.

So find your host address. Go to the 'Network and Sharing Centre'

Click on your internet connection in blue (will say "Local Area Connection or "Wireless Network Connection with the AP name in quote marks)

Tehn click the details box

you should have a IPv4 default gateway address that looks similar to 192.168.1.1

Type this address into your browser address bar

This will open your router interface - if there is a username/password prompt default is usually admin/admin

Go to Wifi or WWAN (depending on manufacturer) and select channel.

selected channel 7 insted of 11 and it´s even worse , anyway thanks for the help

Has someone moved the Wi-Fi Antenna to a different position?

or

Do you have anything thing in your house that is new that would affect the signal? Like metal hollow objects between you and the router.

my router doesn´t have antenna and there´s nothing new in house that could affect signal.
