DESCRIPTION:
Limited connection happens sporadically. After using windows trouble-shooting the error is usually resolved with the dialog box returning "Resetting wifi-adapter" then "Problem resolved, bad gateway: default gateway reset".
Sometimes, however, the trouble-shooter becomes unresponsive and I must unplug and plug back in the usb wifi adapter I use. During this same time other devices on the network (My phone etc) maintain full connectivity with no issues.
I have tried flushing the DNS at the suggestion of some other posts, however, that didn't seem to help. I also disabled the option in Device Manager that let windows manage power to my networking devices. I also checked the bandwidth using a utility provided online and adjusted my channel on my router accordingly (most devices used 1, I switched to 6, no that specifics matter).
I can post the contents of my ipconfig, however, I wanted to play nice with personal information rules, since I'm not sure on what information is sensitive and not. Below are my system specs.
Thanks for your time and any help that might get me closer to fixing this!
