Question USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller Code 10

In device manager it says that USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller is not working but the odd part is that my ports are working other than when I plug in too many usb devices all my devices just start disconnecting randomly.

Motherboard: Gigabyte x470 Ultra Gaming

PSU: EVGA supernova 1000 g3

With only the bare minimum (keyboard and mouse) does the problem persist?

Are some of those devices attached to the front panel connectors on the front of your case?

I have never altered any settings involving USB in my BIOS.

I have the F31 bios installed currently and I did have the ASmedia USB driver installed
