USB3.0 copatible with USB2.0

my usb2.0 camera cant work on a usb 2.0 what can I do please help me

Need more infromation, what exactly is happening when you plug in your USB camera?

Also USB 3.0 and 2.0 are compatiable with each other, the only difference is in peak speeds (3.0 can transfer data at a higher rate).
