Usb3 0 pcle

Have installed a USB3.0 4 port expansion card, manufacturer unknown ( no details provided just Made In China ). Installed card drivers from VIA Labs. Updated all drivers, bios update, mother board is HP-2A99, nvidia chipsets, windows 7 operating system. It works fine, boots up from shutdown, but will not boot up from sleep mode. Tries to for a few secounds then power off and shuts down. Is this a common problem, is there a fix for it? What is going on? Cant live without sleep mode.

After spending a day and a half trying to get this working I got the supplier to send me another Pci e card. This one installed and ran with no problems. ( made in China! ) Damn it.
