USB3 ports not working on Gigabyte motherboard?

Neither the front or rear USB3 ports are working on my GA-F2A88XN-WIFI motherboard. I can't find any drivers labelled USB3 on Gigabyte's website, either.

The AMD USB3.0 driver comes with chipset driver, you can download and install it from AMD site. http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows%208%20-%2032
