USBPen drive Neither dected by My Computer nor by the Disc management

Dear admin,
I have DELL Laptop with Wndows7 OS
All the Ports of the system are working good but my USB pendrve couldn't getting detected by the system Neither in "My Computer" nor "Disc management"
please suggest the solution, since, I am having imp data on that drive.

just try it on any other different pc. I hope it hasn't failed or something. So you might want to first check on any other machine too.
