USBPW1 Two Pin Jumper

I lost my two pin jumper for my USBPW1. I was wondering if I need it since my other jumpers are on my CLRTC 3 pin and KBPWR 3 pin. Also once you use a two pin jumper, do you need to keep it on?

You don't need it unless you need to keep the power to the USB ports on when the PC is turned off for some reason (such as being able to turn the PC on by pressing a power key on a USB keyboard).
