USBs in case not working?

Hey everyone im looking to sell my pc soon, but i realised that 2 of the USBs on the front of my case dont work im just wondering if thats due to my mobo or what, if anyone has any suggestion of what i can do to try and fix it please reply! THANKS!

Check to see if the front panel USB connector is connected to the motherboard all the way, vibrations could have made it loose.
