USBs still have Power Despite Being Disabled

That's about it.
I'd like crazy mouse to stop glowing all night and day, and despite enabling "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" it glows on. Is it possible to have it shut off with the computer like it's supposed to?

Check the place it's plugged in, some modern MBs have some USB ports as "Always On" for charging peripherals when computer is off. Also check BIOS, it may be possible to turn that feature off.

I've tried each port and it still gets power somehow. It only seems to be the mouse though; my keyboard doesn't light up when the system is off.

I'm afraid I don't really know what to look for in the BIOS. The only thing I can find regarding USB's is the option to enable or disable them all together.
