USBXHCI.sys BSOD on every restart

Pretty much what's happening. I've tried a fresh install of windows, I've updated just about every driver on my system, and run sfc /scannow multiple times with no solution. I even updated my BIOS which seemed to initially have fixed the problem but now I'm running into errors again.

System:
Windows 10
CPU: i7-4790k
GPUs: 2x GTX 970
RAM: 24 GB 1866 Mhz G.Skill
PSU: EVGA 850W Gold

Solution
USBXHCI is to do with the usb 3.0 or usb 3.1 ports of your motherboard.
Or at least the driver that controls the Usb 3.0 specification ports of the motherboard.

If the motherboard has the option in the bios for super speed or fast charging or standby charging of usb devices. try disabling the options in the bios as a temporary test.

See if it stops the BSOD in windows for you.

Thanks I'll try that and get back to you.

So I couldn't directly disable the standby charging in my BIOS but I did disable USB xHCI which I no longer get the USBXHCI.sys error now I'm getting a BUGCODE_USB_Driver error. I'll search around on ASUS's website and see if I can find updated drivers for it but who knows.
