Question Usd 1100 gaming build

Hi guys. Im still confused if i will go for intel or ryzen 3000. Can you guys please suggest a usd 1100 build? I will use it mostly for gaming. I have a 1080p 144hz monitor. I also have deepcool maelstrom aio cooler with me. Thank you guys!
