Use 64 bit windows xp driver on 64 bit windows 7?

I have a spare PCI slot and a old nvidia geforce 2 mx 200 and on nvidia's website the newest driver is only for windows xp. I read online xp drivers dont work on windows 7 but I'm unsure about 64 bit xp drivers on 7.

Highly unlikely XP-64 drivers will install, let alone work, with a Windows 7 OS.

no, I haven't even tried anything because I'm afraid of messing up my system somehow.
