Hi, I'm wondering if I can use a Radeon RX 480 (direct x 12) card with windows 7 ( no direct x 12 compatability ) without any conflicts. I've been using it for several months now, but had problems from the first installation.
The first game I played with it was Witcher 3 and it ran great. But...when not in a game I have weird blue diagonal artifacts across my desktop and opening you tube vids I get a stall, then a freeze, then a crash to restarting the computer. Any comments are appreciated.
