Use A4 7300 apu with gtx 750 1gb work ?

I was wondering if i would be able to run games like h1z1 with the amd a4 7300 apu with the gtx 750 1gb crossfire and use the apu as a cpu ? my specs right now

amd a4 7300 apu
4gb ram
f2a68hm-h motherboard
windows 8.1

im a complete noob at pc soo im trying to figure out if i should buy a dedicated gpu and use it with my apu soo i can finally run h1z1 thanks

You can't crossfire a GTX 750 with the A4.

The GTX 750 is an OK dGPU, but if you can, get a R9 270 or 270X and upgrade your CPU to a Athlon 860K.

You can use the GTX 750 with your A4, but you can't use the crossfire feature (dual graphics) with it.

I dont think crossfiring was ever part of the plan .

ItsWeisz , yes you can run the 750ti as a graphics card in your build . Check your power supply is u to it . You need a 430 watt unit .
I would try it with the current processor to see if the results work for you .
If you want to try later you can swap out that processor for an Athlon 860K and have much better cpu performance . The Athlon costs about $70 . You might have to update the BIOS of the mb before you swap processors

Soo i could use the gtx 750 but can i change it gpu to the gtx 750 and not the one that comes with the apu but just use the apu as a cpu ?

ok thank you also would the a4 7300 apu bottleneck the gtx 750 not the ti ima be using the MSI GeForce GTX 750 1GB and make the 750s performance lower ?

It would depend on the game you are playing, and the resolution of your monitor but in general it probably will to some degree.
Install the graphics card and compare your results with online benchmarks of the gtx 750. If you are lower than expected then update the processor
