Use another PC as a capture device for games

Is there a way to use my other PC as a recording device? Like an external game capture device that can be bought online? I'd like to live stream games using my laptop with decent specs but it doesn't have the horsepower to do both gaming and streaming at the same time.

Is there a way to somehow not use any capture card? My other PC has an HDMI on the GTX750Ti.
Don't have the funds yet to buy a capture card for now

Sadly I don't have the funds yet haha so I guess PC to PC via HDMI on the GPU and Laptop isn't going to work?

I trust averxmedia and elgato.
