Use my new MSI 7870 OC alone or SLI with my older radeon HD 5830 ?

Hello,

As the title details, I just installed my new GPU I picked up on boxing day

My old card was Radeon HD 5830

I am curious if with my current board i would benefit at all from crossfire or if i'd be better off just using my new card. Any tips would be appreciated.

You can not Crossfire those two cards together. So then no, I guess it would not benefit from crossfire in this case
