Use of Rune

Here's the problem. I have only got 1 Lem rune but would like 2 different
items that require it to be able to made.

Item 1 - Delirium - Lem Ist Io ( Which i have only to get Ist for )

Item 2 - Wealth - Lem Ko Tir ( Which i have all of )

Both of these items i want Delirium because it's an awesome helm and i love
the confuse on it and it also has some mf on it. Wealth, well it says it for
itself. 300% Gold drop from monsters and 100% chance of getting Magic Items.

Both are great items. Question is with only 1 Lem what to do?

Any Ideas?

Best way to get another Lem is to do countess runs and
cube lower runes till you get one.

Lem is a rune which is common enough that you'll find several of those
before you find an Ist.

So if you need a Wealth armour now, make it. If you have no need for it,
stash the Lem away, and try to get some characters to the Hell Hellforge;
you have a rather large chance of an Ist dropping there, so you can make
your Delirium helm...

And in the meantime you can also be on the lookout for a nice, high-def,
low requirements 3-socket helmet to put the Delirium runes in...

Once I decided I'd make a delirium helm for my merc, it took me a
month of pit running to find a white or grey bonevisage or demonhead
to put it in. Those things just aren't common.

Wealth actually beats Skullders for MF before level 80, plus the 300% gold
find makes it possible to gamble for some pretty nice items if you are in
hell. I'd vote for Weath.

Make the Wealth now. You'll get another Lem *long* before you get an
IST - and the mf will help, as long as it doesn't compromise your
other attributes too much
