Can I use the onboard grapics ports with a dedicated graphics card, if I have "F" Intel or "non-G" AMD CPU, which have no integrated graphics?

New motherboards (boards made in the last 8 years or so) do not have integrated graphics. They removed them from the Northbridge in favor of them being included with the CPU. If your CPU does not have integrated graphics, you cannot use the motherboard's video outputs.
