Question Use pcie 6 pin male to male cable to power pci riser

I have a thermaltake modular psu (1050w) with a lot of empty PCIe-SATA connectors, and now I use a sata to pcie adapter to power a riser:

I can use a pcie 6 pin male to male cable to power directly the riser?
Can I Use This? (From PSU to Riser no adapter)

I would say NO since the GPU power cable does not have a 5V (Red wire) and since the connector will not fit into the Molex on the riser

Sure, you are right, but I mistake the riser's connector picture 😕. My risers use a 6pin interface no molex. (I edit and fix original post.)
