My current boot disk is 860 SATA SSD, and I also have Samsung 960 M.2 in my Dell XPS desktop, should I use the faster 960 M.2 as boot disk?
Thanks.

Honestly, the benefits moving from a SATA SSD to an NVME drive arent all that impressive in terms of an OS drive.
If you are satisfied as is, there is nothing wrong with keeping windows on the SATA SSD. This would leave more room on the NVME for uses that would actually benefit from the speed of the drive.
